To improve convenience of a taxi ticket issue management system.SOLUTION: An electronic taxi ticket issue management system to be used by an issuer 200, a contractor 300, a user 400, and a taxi operator 600 comprises: a storage unit 110; an issuer input reception unit 121 for transmitting contractor information input by the issuer 200 to the storage unit 110; a contractor input reception unit 122 for generating identification information of a taxi ticket on the basis of user information related to the user 400 and a portable terminal 401 input by an input person authenticated on the basis of the contractor information, and for transmitting it to the storage unit 110, and for transmitting the ticket identification information to the portable terminal 401; a boarding information reception unit 124 for collecting the ticket identification information and boarding information including a boarding place and/or unboarding place acquired by a position information acquisition function and a use amount and a boarding date, and for transmitting it to the storage unit 110; and a claim information generation unit 125 for generating claim information by using the ticket identification information and the boarding information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
