PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification plate used in managing the order of tightening operations of a plurality of fastening members. SOLUTION: An identification plate 10 is placed on a work W on which a fastening operation of fastening members B1 to B4 is performed. The identification plate 10 has openings 11 to 14 and marks M1 to M4. The openings 11 to 14 are formed corresponding to the fastening members B1 to B4, respectively, and allow connection of the torque wrench 20 to the fastening members B1 to B4 when placed on the work W. The marks M1 to M4 are formed on the outer surface of the identification plate 10 along the edges of the openings 11 to 14 and have different visual elements. [Selected figure] Figure 3
