To provide an anisotropic thermally conductive composite silicone rubber sheet, in which no degradation of thermal conductivity due to generation of void occurs, by achieving high adhesion between a heat generator and a heat radiation member, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: An anisotropic thermally conductive composite silicone rubber sheet 5 is formed by alternately juxtaposing, over at least respectively five or more layers, thermally conductive silicone rubber layers 1 each containing a thermally conductive filler and having Asker C hardness of 2 to 30, and fiber cloth layers 2 having high thermally conductive fibers of which the warp impregnated with silicone rubber or silicone resin has thermal conductivity of 100 W/mK or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
