To provide an in-vivo imaging apparatus capable of simplifying camera installation work in a body and capable of finely adjusting the camera even after the installation.SOLUTION: An in-vivo imaging device (1) comprises: a camera (11); a support bar (13) to be inserted to a tubular instrument (31); and a grip part (14) for gripping the camera (11) provided at an end of the support bar (13). When the support bar (13) is pulled up toward the outside of the body, the grip part (14) comes into contact with the body inside end (31a) of the tubular instrument (31) and thereby becomes deformed so as to grip the camera (11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
