To provide a fire fighting tire that allows for rapid fire fighting operation in a construction site for constructing a drift and the like, and to provide a fire fighting system for a construction work site.SOLUTION: A fire fighting tire 1 is configured so that an inside tube 4 is provided inside a tire outer shell 5 while a high-pressure gas 3 is encapsulated therein in a pressurized state and a fire-extinguishing agent 2 is encapsulated in a space between the inside tube 4 and the tire outer shell 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
