To provide a heartbeat fluctuation estimation method, heartbeat fluctuation estimation program, and heartbeat fluctuation estimation system, capable of stably estimating a heartbeat fluctuation even in an environment in which an illumination environment fluctuates.SOLUTION: A heartbeat fluctuation estimation method is made to include: imaging moving pictures of a subject in at least two types of wavelength regions; calculating an illumination fluctuation component and a hemoglobin component on the basis of the imaged moving pictures in the two types of wavelength regions; and estimating a heartbeat fluctuation on the basis of the calculated hemoglobin component. Furthermore, it is desirable to make one of the at least two types of wavelength regions equal to or longer than 770 nm and equal to or shorter than 790 nm and make another type of wavelength region equal to or longer than 890 nm and equal to or shorter than 910 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
