To provide a picking operation support system, a picking operation support method and a program capable of reflecting a condition of a passage in a presented content.SOLUTION: A route information generation device 10 of a picking operation support system 1 includes: a route information generation unit 11; an image information receiving unit 12, an image information determination unit 13, and a route information update unit 15. The route information generation unit 11 generates route information indicating an order to move a passage in a picking operation. The image information receiving unit 12 acquires passage information indicating a condition of the passage. The image information determination unit 13 determines whether or not the passage information is updated, based on the passage information acquired by a passage information acquisition means. The route information update unit 15 updates the route information generated by the route information generation unit 11 when the image information determination unit 13 determines that the route information should be updated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
