To achieve compactification of a tool box and to make it possible to easily transport the tool box.SOLUTION: A tool box 1 comprises a case 10 in which one opening/closing body 11 and the other opening/closing body 12 are connected via a hinge 15 at one side part, and which is opened/closed in such a manner that on the other side part side, the one opening/closing body 11 and the other opening/closing body 12 mutually approach and separate. A head part 31a to 31d of a tool is stored in at least one of the one opening/closing body 11 and the other opening/closing body 12. A carrying handle 20, which is provided on the case 10, is removably provided on the case 10, and also has a function as a grip for gripping the tool in such a manner that the handle is removed from the case and is connected to the head part 31a to 31d of the tool.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
