COMPOSITION OF VAPOR PHASE CORROSION INHIBITOR, AND USE OF THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

To provide a vapor phase corrosion inhibitor for protecting general practical use metals such as iron, chromium, nickel, aluminum, copper and an alloy thereof or the like, and a galvanized steel from atmospheric corrosion in a package or a closed space, and use of the same and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The vapor phase corrosion inhibitor composition contains at least following components. (1) substituted 1,4-benzoquinone, (2) aromatic or alicyclic substituted carbamate, (3) polysubstituted phenol, and (4) monosubstituted pyrimidine. Preferably, these corrosion inhibition material compositions contain 1 to 30 mass% of the component (1), 5 to 40 mass% of the component (2), 2 to 20 mass% of the component (3), and 0.5 to 10 mass% of the component (4) based on total amount of material compositions. These components can be mixed, dispersed in water and mixed with solubilizer having compatibility with mineral oil and synthetic oil, preferably arylalkyl ether alcohol such as phenoxyethanol in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: None
