To provide a hydraulic pump device of a wave power generation system capable of reducing a load acting on a shaft.SOLUTION: A hydraulic pump device of a wave power generation device has a shaft rotated in conjunction with oscillation of at least one wave receiving member, a pair of cylinder mechanisms having linearly reciprocatable rods, and sucking and discharging a hydraulic fluid by linear reciprocating motion of the rods, and a connecting member for converting rotary motion of the shaft into linear reciprocating motion to move the rods. The pair of cylindrical mechanisms are separated and disposed in parallel with each other at both sides in a radial direction of the shaft so that the shaft is positioned therebetween, and the connecting member is rotated about the shaft as a center, and connected to the rods of the pair of cylindrical mechanisms at parts respectively positioned at sides opposite to each other through the shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
