To provide a corrosion prevention system for an engine and a corrosion prevention control device for the engine capable of preventing corrosion from occurring in the engine after operation of the engine is stopped.SOLUTION: A corrosion prevention system 1 for an engine 10 includes: a heating mechanism 20 for heating an inside of a head cover 12 of the engine 10; a gas discharge mechanism 30 for discharging gas in the head cover to an outside of the head cover; and a control device 50 having a control section 51 for controlling the heating mechanism and the gas discharge mechanism such that the heating mechanism starts heating the inside of the head cover and the gas discharge mechanism starts discharge of the gas in the head cover to the outside when a temperature of the inside of the head cover after operation of the engine is stopped reaches equal to or lower than a temperature Ta causing condensation water to be generated in the head cover, or equal to or lower than a temperature Tb higher than the temperature causing the condensation water to be generated by a predetermined temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
