PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for removing aquaculture netting attachments, capable of further efficiently removing attachments attached to aquaculture netting.;SOLUTION: The aquaculture netting attachment removal apparatus for removing attachments attached to aquaculture netting 12, the aquaculture netting for use in fish culturing, disposed under water and grounded on bottom of water, includes: an electrode 16 disposed under water near the aquaculture netting 12; and a pulse power supply 14 connected to the electrode 16 and applying a high-voltage pulse between the electrode 16 and the aquaculture netting 12. The aquaculture netting attachment removal apparatus generates electric discharge between the electrode 16 and the aquaculture netting 12 by the high-voltage pulse to remove the attachments attached to the aquaculture netting 12.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
