To provide a technique for highly accurately predicting the gasification rate of a liquefied gas sprayed into a cargo tank of a liquefied gas transportation vessel.SOLUTION: In a liquefied gas transportation vessel that has a cargo tank for storing a liquefied gas and a spray device configured to spray the liquefied gas into the cargo tank, and uses a gas generated by gasifying the liquefied gas as propelling fuel, when a spray gasification rate indicating the ratio of a gas flowrate gasified in the cargo tank to a spray flowrate of the liquefied gas is calculated on the basis of evaporation quality in the cargo tank, a coefficient by which the evaporation quality is to be multiplied is calculated on the basis of actual measurement data in the liquefied gas transportation vessel in advance, and a spray gasification rate during sailing on an optional date is predicted on the basis of a value obtained by multiplying evaporation quality on the optional date by the coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
