To provide construction of a technology capable of collecting a skin secretion such as sweat secreted from any arbitrary part and an arbitrary area of a living body without leaking, construction of a technology capable of collecting a skin secretion such as a very small amount of sweat, and construction of a technology capable of acquiring highly reliable biological information from skin secretions such as sweat.SOLUTION: The method for collecting a skin secretion and a method for measuring a biological component includes a hydrogel layer holding water and a polyhydric alcohol within a 3-dimensional structure of a hydrophilic polymer having crosslinking, in which the skin adhesive for collecting skin secretions, a skin adhesive for measuring biological components, and a skin adhesive in which a hydrogel layer is adhered to the skin and the skin secretion is absorbed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
