To provide a pit construction form and a pit construction method capable of shortening a construction period.SOLUTION: A pit construction form 10 is installed in a drilling hole of a floor surface, and a form main body 20 formed by a frame member 20p surrounding a pit in which the equipment is installed is buried after the concrete is hardened. The form main body 20 is provided with an adjuster bolt 30 as a height positioning member for making a gap between the form main body 20 and the bottom surface of the drilling hole. When concrete is placed in one placing process, a bottom plate is formed at the bottom of the excavated hole to form a bottom plate, and a floor surface with the size almost the same as the gap is formed around the form main body 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
