PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal fin enabling an accurate elevation angle flight which is to be performed at an elevation angle of 3 degrees to maintain a predetermined elevation when a jet-liner travels at a high altitude.;SOLUTION: A horizontal fin 1 is attached to each side of a jet-liner nose, and the fins are operated in conjunction with ailerons of main wings. Thereby, a stable flight at an elevation angle of 3 degrees can be achieved at a high altitude, to realize an energy saving jet-liner. In addition, the conjunction with the ailerons of the main wings increases a lifting power at take off time, and works as a brake at landing time.
