Both of the pair of segmentation small electrodes 5band 5bare electrically connected each other in a state of passing through a second fuse 6b by a middle part slit of the second insulation slit 4b. Each segmentation small electrode is divided into a plurality of adjacent unit electrode regions 5c, 5c, 5c, and 5c.
