To improve voltage resistance performance while improving a capacitor lifetime by suppressing reduction of an effective electrode area and elimination of an electrostatic capacitance formation function when clearing the generation of an insulation destroy in a metalization film capacitor.SOLUTION: Each division electrode 5B is divided and formed in a pair of segmentation small electrodes 5band 5bby an arrangement of a second insulation slit 4b. Both of the pair of segmentation small electrodes 5band 5bare electrically connected each other in a state of passing through a second fuse 6b by a middle part slit of the second insulation slit 4b. Each segmentation small electrode is divided into a plurality of adjacent unit electrode regions 5c, 5c, 5c, and 5c.
