PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receipt issuing device, a ticket vending machine and a settlement machine including the receipt issuing device, a receipt issuing system, a receipt issuing method in the receipt issuing device, and a receipt, which can improve convenience with respect to issuing a receipt. Provided is a receipt issuing program to be executed in the issuing device. A receipt issuing device includes an issuing unit, a reading unit, a storage unit, and a control unit.
