To provide a toll road user support device that can reduce burdens on a user at a special reception in toll collection processing.SOLUTION: A monitoring board 20 includes: a face image acquisition unit that, through a camera installed in an automatic toll collection machine 10, acquires a face image of a user arrived at the automatic toll collection machine 10; a use history information acquisition unit that acquires use history information indicating a toll road utilization mode in the past of the user specified by the face image; and a support processing unit that, on the basis of the use history information, performs processing for supporting the user requiring a special reception different from a reception for common users.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
