To provide a diagnostic method, diagnostic marker, and diagnostic kit which can diagnose Takayasu arteritis of rapidly and accurately.SOLUTION: A method for determining Takayasu arteritis includes a step for determining that the patient is suffering from high Takayasu arteritis by measuring the amount of anti-endothelial cell protein C receptor antibody (anti-EPCR antibody) and the amount of anti-scavenger receptor class B member 1 antibody (anti-SCARB1 antibody) in a sample collected from a subject, and if the measured value is higher than the reference value.
