To provide a shopping history management system capable of recording and referring to shopping items and protecting personal information.SOLUTION: A shopping history management 100 includes a shopping history management server 108 storing shopping history data of an item 203 purchased at a store 600 by a customer 602 in association with first item identification information, and an information terminal apparatus 110 storing second item identification information owned by the customer. The first item identification information and the second item identification information can be associated uniquely and the shopping history data is customer nonspecific information that cannot specify the customer 602 as an individual. By adopting such a configuration, an individual cannot be specified from a first database 109 stored in the shopping history management server 108 only, and there is no possibility that a specific individual holds personal information such as "When, where, and what did you buy" on one organization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
