To provide a door that facilitates the opening and closing of a door with an openable pressure reducing opening.SOLUTION: There is provided a pressure reducing panel latch device mounted to a door body comprising a door body 10, a pressure reducing panel 22 mounted displaceably between the pressure reducing opening closing position and the pressure reducing opening opening position, a door latch device 26 mounted on the door body 10 having a door body latch bolt 32 which is displaceable between a door locking position and a door unlocking position by a handle 30 and a turning operation of the handle, and a pressure reducing panel latch bolt 42 displaceable between the panel locking position and the panel unlocking position in conjunction with the pivoting of the pivoting member about the handle shaft when the swing member fixed to the handle shaft and the pressure reducing panel 22 are in the pressure reducing opening closing position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
