PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method capable of easily estimating clarity of a stereoscopic feature having a periodic structure such as a needle mark appearing on the surface of sheet-like material containing nonwoven fabric, and means which manufactures the sheet-like material reducing the stereoscopic feature by using the detection method.;SOLUTION: A sheet-like material has a stereoscopic feature having a periodic structure which is a detection object on the surface. A detection method of the sheet-like material containing nonwoven fabric comprises: a step which irradiates light from a light source in such a direction as contrast of the stereoscopic feature is made obvious onto the surface, and captures the image by reflected light on the surface by a camera in a predetermined interval; and a step which estimates clarity of the stereoscopic feature, based on luminance information of the stereoscopic feature appearing on each image captured in the predetermined interval.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
