To provide a concrete method for joint integration by joining and integrating an old soap which becomes smaller and thinner due to melting and wear from daily usage, with an unused new soap so as to use the soap completely without waste, especially, aiming at embodying secured joint integration which is conventionally difficult, by simple work in rigid material soaps many of which are highly functional soaps.SOLUTION: A structure in which doughs of a soap base material are immediately in contact and are fusion-joined is made by paying attention to that in many cases, integration is earnestly demanded in products of the same material and the same shape, and eliminating surplus water and bubbles existing on a joint surface, and foreign materials such as a soap base material, softly swelling due to excess of water absorption. As the means, a shallow recessed surface similar to a projected curved surface of an old soap is provided on one flat surface of a new soap, and a plurality of recessed grooves are provided on the surface so as to facilitate fluidizing and eliminating foreign materials on the dough surface by rubbing with compression in joint integration work, and to embody the fusion-joint structure of fusion-joining base material doughs of the soaps.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
