To provide a process and a system for hydrological analysis and control related to a river basin.SOLUTION: A process and a system for hydrological analysis and control of a water diversion point have a meteorological station network and an artificial drainage system for controlling artificial and natural ponds by a water gate and a pump station. The process and system for hydrological analysis and control of the water diversion point evaluate latent hydrological risk in each zone and analyze potential results of future rainfall using simulation. Optimization of the simulation by artificial intelligence (AI, meta-heuristic algorithm, neural network) allows the process and a system for hydrological analysis and control of the water diversion point to work as a search engine for finding a better solution and the best constitution for resource control capable of minimizing the socioeconomic affect to each river basin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
