To improve durability of a shutter blade.SOLUTION: A shutter blade includes a resin substrate, and black coatings formed on both sides of the resin substrate and containing black particles in binder resin. A thickness of the resin substrate is larger than the total thickness of the black coatings formed on both sides of the resin substrate. Glass-transition temperature of the resin substrate is higher than glass-transition temperature of the binder resin. An optical quantity adjustment apparatus having the shutter blade may be provided.
