To provide a technique that effectively manages disclosure of medical information.SOLUTION: An electronic medical chart disclosure management system comprises: a first terminal; a second terminal; and a server, and implements an electronic medical chart disclosure management method. In the electronic medical chart disclosure management method, the first terminal is configured to transmit an electronic medical chart disclosure request to a server in response to an input by a first user, and the server is configured to transmit a notice to the second terminal of a second user associated with the first user in response to the disclosure request. The second terminal is configured to display an electronic medical chart of the first user in response to the notice and an input by the second user, and the second terminal is configured to select a disclosure mode of the displayed electronic medical chart in response to the input by the second user, and transmit information on the selection to the server. The server is configured to perform setting so as to enable the electronic medical chart of the first user to be disclosed to the first user, in the mode according to the information on the selection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
