To provide a technique which enables efficient detection of an obstacle present in the vicinity of a predetermined path on which a moving body moves.SOLUTION: A system according to the present invention has two cameras 201A and 201B provided so as to be opposed to each other. Their angles of view are adjusted so that respective outer ranges of image capture should be matched with a clearance limit 220 in the middle of a vehicle. If an object is detected in both regions of middle parts of images captured by the cameras 201A and 201B, then the object is determined as an obstacle which are present in the clearance limit 220. If the obstacle is detected, each of images obtained by capturing the obstacle is recorded in association with alarm information and position information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
