To easily switch between a self mode and a store staff mode.SOLUTION: An order terminal includes means of switching between a self mode that accepts an order through operation of a customer himself/herself and a store staff mode that accepts an order through operation of a store staff. Further, the order terminal accepts an input of identification information on condition that it is switched to the store staff mode. When the order terminal accepts order data in the self mode, it transmits the order data to an order management device in association with identification information stored in a storage unit. When the order terminal accepts order data in the store staff mode, it transmits the order data to the order management device in association with identification information input by input means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
