To develop serum-free methods for producing immortalized human cell lines stably transfected with vectors.SOLUTION: A method for producing an immortalized human cell line stably transfected with a specific vector comprising a gene encoding a protein of interest under serum-free conditions has been developed. Disclosed herein are a production cell line obtained by the above method, a method for producing a protein of interest using the production cell line, and a specific vector carrying a gene of interest itself.SELECTED DRAWING: None
