To provide a system for securing a number of researchers, instructors, and students and obtaining result for education, carrying out enterprise profit or business efficiency targeted by an organization, and ensuring a place of employment or work placement for education and talent satisfying clients such as the enterprise or the organization.SOLUTION: Provided is a means for recruiting students, researchers, or instructors through mail or SNS (social network service) for gathering students in an organization such as an enterprise. In addition, a system is built capable of ensuring enterprise profit or a good result for the organization by: providing a means for accumulating and evaluating research activities of students, researchers, and instructors; setting up a common place for using skills for the students and the teachers so that maximum effect may be obtained by students for given education; and carrying out operation and management where educated students can use their skills in a work placement with greater skill.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
