An object of the present invention is to provide a suspended particulate matter-adsorbing paint which adsorbs suspended particulate matter suspended in air, a method for adsorbing the same, and a suspended particulate matter-adsorbing wallpaper. A pressure sensitive adhesive layer (110) is capable of maintaining contact with suspended particulate matter (300) which is pollen or house dust, and capable of removing suspended particulate matter (300) which is pollen or house dust by removing action. The adhesive is formed on the surface of the pasted wallpaper 210, and the adhesive layer 110 adsorbs the suspended particulate matter 300 which is pollen or house dust. [Selected figure] Figure 1
