STRICT COLOR INSPECTION METHOD BY DIGITAL COLOR STANDARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strict inspection method for a digital color standard system using monitor equipment.;SOLUTION: When adjacently aligning a brightness of a digital color standard developing a color by inputting an arbitrary standard color chart value and the color chart in a color measurement device, color rendering of a lump light irradiating the color chip or a color development characteristic of a monitor, a fine color (color value) deviation caused by the color characteristic or the like of a color measurement sensor is converted into a standard D65 light source value from a color measurement value D65S value by replacing into a spectral distribution of a use lamp light from the spectral distribution of the standard light D65 of a CIE XYZ color calculation program of equipment and calculating if a main cause is in the color rendering of the lamp light. By strictly adjusting a calculation value of a calculation program in a whole wavelength band if a color deviation due to the color characteristic of the monitor and the color characteristic of the color measurement sensor occurs, the color deviation occurred in a separation determination by tow hole comparison color masking is removed, and the problem on the color deviation in the separation determination can be solved by allowing an adjacent color comparison.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
