To secure correctness of process of research development and recording of deliverables by cooperative researches.SOLUTION: An intellectual property management system 10 comprises: a shared ledger storage part 103; a shared ledger recording part 302; and a recording signature part 350. The shared ledger storage part 103 stores shared ledger data formed of data related to an intellectual property. The shared ledger recording part 302 manages shared ledger data stored in the shared ledger storage part 103. The recording signature part 350 manages an electronic signature related to recording of the shared ledger data stored in the shared ledger storage part 103. The recording signature part 350 determines whether or not a recording completion condition is satisfied, the recording completion condition indicating a condition for storing the shared ledger data in the shared ledger storage part 103 as regular shared ledger data, when the shared ledger data is to be registered input, and when it is determined that the recording completion condition is satisfied, stores the shared ledger data in the shared ledger storage part 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
