To provide an electronic circuit module which is easily assembled, easily stabilizes electric characteristics of a cover and is capable of suppressing electromagnetic wave leakage.SOLUTION: An electronic circuit module comprises a circuit board 1 and a cover 3. The cover includes: a substantially rectangular top plate part 31; substantially rectangular four side plate parts 32 extending downwards from four sides of the top plate part; a first extension part 33 extending from a right side of a side plate part to a left side of a right side plate part 32R; a forst leg extending downwards from the first extension part; a first projection protruding from the first leg part oppositely to an extension direction of the first extension part; a second extension part 34 extending from the left side of the right side plate part to the right side of the side plate part away from the first extension part; a second leg part extending downwards from the second extension part; and a second projection protruding from the second leg part oppositely to an extension direction of the second extension part. The circuit board includes a hole into which the adjacent first and second leg parts can be inserted in a state where at least one of the first projection and the second projection is brought into contact with an inner surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
