The present invention relates to a methanol and acetone removal unit, and is provided in a system including a phenol production system including a decomposition reaction unit and a purification unit, and a bisphenol A production system including a reaction unit and a concentration unit. The removal unit includes a removal column, a supply unit provided in the middle stage of the removal column, a column top purge unit from which methanol and acetone are removed, and a column bottom recirculation unit recirculated to the purification unit. The supply section includes a purification unit discharge section containing methanol, acetone and water, and a concentration unit discharge section containing phenol, acetone and water. The removal unit may be included in the phenol and bisphenol A production system. In this case, the productivity of bisphenol A can be improved, and the life of the catalyst in the reactor can be improved.
