To provide a worker state collection system that can grasp a state of a worker in detail and accumulate the grasped state as history information.SOLUTION: A server device provided in a worker state collection system comprises: a receiving unit that receives reception intensity information when a terminal device has received a radio signal from a radio signal transmission device which a worker has and position information which shows a present position of the terminal device from the terminal device with time information when each has been obtained; a collected log information production unit that produces collected log information by storing the reception intensity information and the position information; a vehicle state determination unit that determines a position and a state of a vehicle mounted with the terminal device based on a change of the position information; a worker state determination unit that determines a movement distance of the worker from the position of the vehicle and outing time of the worker based on a change of the reception intensity information; and a worker history information output unit that produces and outputs worker history information of the worker and the vehicle using the collected log information, the state of the vehicle determined by the vehicle state determination unit, and a state of the worker determined by the worker state determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
