To provide a gap adjustment type nozzle valve capable of enhancing a maximum pressure of a passage connected with a fluid supply source and a position detector using the gap adjustment type nozzle.SOLUTION: A nozzle valve of this invention is based on a gap adjustment type nozzle valve V1 equipped with: an opening face 12 of a jet nozzle 1 which jets fluid; and a gap adjustment body 2 which comprises a counter face 4 facing this opening face 12, to generate pressure in accordance with gap an amount between the opening face 12 and the counter face 4. The counter face 4 of the gap adjustment body 2 is composed of a curved face, and the opening face 12 of the jet nozzle 1 coincides with the curved face of the counter face 4 of the gap adjustment body 2 at a position serving as a gap setting reference of the gap adjustment body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
