To provide a content delivery server, a content delivery method and a content delivery program which allow an arbitrary region in content delivered by a deliverer to be used for replaying another arbitrary content.SOLUTION: A content delivery server 111 comprises: a communication section 112 which receives live content transmitted from a deliverer terminal 121 used by a deliverer of the live content through a network NW; a designation section 115 which designates a region which allows another content to be replayed by being superimposed on the received live content; a selection section 116 which selects the other content to be replayed on the designated region; a control section 113 which generates delivery content with the other content selected by the selection section 116 superimposed on the regions designated by the designation section 115 in the live content. The communication section 112 transmits the delivery content to a viewer terminal 131 through the network NW.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
