PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and a computer readable storage medium that associate a user with an image processing apparatus and verify that the user is approved on the image processing apparatus.;SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus creates S406 mapping information for associating created S404 temporary identifier with a network address of an image processing apparatus, and transmits S408 the created mapping information to a server. A user provides S410 a voice input command to a personal assistant application. The voice input command includes the temporary identifier and a required job function. The server receives S412 the voice input command from the personal assistant application, verifies whether or not the image processing apparatus specified in the mapping information can execute the required job function, and transmits S414 instructions and the job function to the verified image processing apparatus.
