To provide the settlement measuring device and settlement measuring system, that can easily measure settlement of a buried pipe.SOLUTION: The settlement measuring device according to one embodiment comprises: a receiving part mounted on a moving body, that wirelessly receives a sensor data of a first sensor fixed to a settling bar of the buried pipe, and a measuring part that measures the settlement of the buried pipe based on the sensor data of the first sensor received by the receiving part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
