AFFORESTATION METHOD AND AFFORESTATION STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an afforestation technique capable of forming an afforested region that can be constructed easily, and integrated into the ground in a relatively short period.;SOLUTION: The afforestation method of the present invention includes: placing an absorbent cotton sheet 12 on a surface 11 of a ground 10 subjected to afforestation and fixing the absorbent cotton sheet 12 by driving anchor materials 13 into the ground 10; afterward opening a plurality of holes 14 in the surface 11 of the ground 10 in a state of penetrating the absorbent cotton sheet 12 and planting young plants 15 that have been grown in vegetative pots; then placing a net-like body 16 so as to cover the absorbent cotton sheet 12 and the young plants 15 and fixing the net-like body 16 by driving anchor materials 17 into the ground 10; after finishing the fixation of the net-like body 16, sprinkling water 18 on the absorbent cotton sheet 12 and the net-like body 16 to impregnate the absorbent cotton sheet 12 with the water 18.
