To provide highly versatile air conditioning system and air conditioning method, a food storage system utilizing the air conditioning system, a food storage method utilizing the air conditioning method, and an air conditioning control device and an air conditioning control method for controlling the air conditioning system to further improve versatility.SOLUTION: The air conditioning system is provided that comprises: a gas flow channel which has an air inlet and an air outlet provided on the ground, and a gas flow channel body buried in the ground and diffuses the air sucked from the air inlet from the air outlet through the gas flow channel body; a fluid flow channel in which water exchanging heat with the air flowing in the gas flow channel body flows; water temperature adjustment means adjusting a temperature of the water flowing in the liquid flow channel; temperature acquiring means acquiring a temperature of the air near the air inlet and/or near the air outlet; and control means controlling the water temperature adjustment means so that the temperature of the air diffused from the air outlet falls within a target range on the basis of the acquired temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
