PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus which can suppress the moving of a structure attached to the probe, or a probe cover body, relative to the probe.;SOLUTION: The cover for an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus comprises: the probe cover body which is covered on one end side of a casing and is formed in a bag shape to allow the cover body to be covered on the one end side of the casing on an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus body with the probe installed at one end of the casing in a predetermined direction; and a bracket mounted to the one end side of the casing so as to be covered on the probe cover body. The bracket has a plurality of bracket-side engagement portions engageable respectively with a plurality of casing-side engagement portions formed on the casing. The probe cover body also covers the plurality of casing-side engagement portions when covered on the one end side of the casing.
