To efficiently collect fish by enhancing a fish collecting effect over a case where only a floating fish bank or a fishing lamp is used, by lighting or flickering a fishing lamp with power generated with a power generator by a floating fish bank equipped with a power generator and a fishing lamp.SOLUTION: A power generator, a fishing lamp, and a floating fish bank are connected together with an anchor rope or fixed legs, and arranged at a position where they are close to each other so that the fishing lamp is lighted or flickered with the power generated with the power generator without needing a power transmission facility, and a synergy effect is created by a fish collecting effect by the floating fish bank and a fish collecting effect by the fishing lamp, thereby achieving efficient fish collection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
