PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of a water-containing oil waste liquid and a treatment apparatus of the water-containing oil waste liquid where an oil having a low water content can be efficiently recovered from the water-containing oil waste liquid, the amount of chemicals required for treatment is small and a COD load to an environment is low.;SOLUTION: A treatment method of a water-containing oil waste liquid 1 includes: a first centrifugal separation step 12 separating the water-containing oil waste liquid 1 to three phases such as an oil phase 4, a water phase 6 and solid matter 8 by centrifugal separation without adding an emulsion breaker 3; an addition step adding the emulsion breaker 3 to the oil phase 4 separated by the first centrifugal separation step 12; and a second centrifugal separation step separating an oil phase added with the emulsion breaker 3 to three phases such as an oil phase 5, a water phase 7 and solid matter 9 by centrifugal separation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
