To enable presentation of office seats that take into account user requests while avoiding fixed office seats.SOLUTION: A processor 22 of a facility management device 2 acquires a video from a camera 1 installed in an office area, detects a presence status of each office seat based on the video, extracts vacant seats based on a result of the detection, selects from the vacant seats office seats which match selection conditions specified by a user, as office seat candidates, in response to an operation by the user to specify selection conditions related to a work environment, and generates office seat presentation information for presenting the office seat candidates to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
