To provide a failure symptom detection system, a failure symptom detection method, and a failure symptom detection program for accurately detecting a symptom of a failure of a monitoring target device.SOLUTION: A failure symptom detection system 20 includes; a storage unit 21 which stores normal image data 211 obtained by imaging measurement data of a monitoring target device 10 at normal times; a primary determination unit 22 that determines whether the difference between monitoring image data 212 of the monitoring target device 10 obtained by imaging measurement data measured at a predetermined monitoring interval and the normal image data 211 is out of a first range; and a secondary determination unit 23 which determines the presence or absence of a symptom of a failure of the monitoring target device based on the fact that the primary determination unit 22 determines that the difference is out of the first range a plurality of times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
