To optimize productivity and quality of operation for physiological detection for detecting state of concentration of person on the basis of a physiological parameter acquired using a wearable sensor and an environment sensor.SOLUTION: The system identifies whether an employee is in a concentrated flow state (i. e., he is fully immersed in a work and in an emotion that he is actively engaged in the work). The system also identifies whether the employee is in a state of concern (e.g., the work request/difficulty level is too high) or whether he or she is in a bored state. When a concentration is detected, the system monitors the level of experience and adjustment of the work, improves the state of concentration (recommendations for rest, reassigning work, defining objectives, etc.), and optimizes the employee's work and operational quality, identifies the potential degradation of production lots in production environments, measures the effectiveness of skill training, and generates personal informatics to improve productivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
