To provide a zirconia sintered compact having a gradation.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a zirconia composition comprising: a step of preparing a plurality of powders for lamination comprising: zirconia, a stabilizer for suppressing the phase change of the zirconia; and a pigment, and in which the content of the pigment is different; and a lamination step of laminating the plurality of the powders for lamination on the inside of a mold. In the lamination step, at least two powders for lamination are filled into the mold, and thereafter, the mold is vibrated.SELECTED DRAWING: None
